They are so perfect for gift giving, making an event extra special, or for simply grabbing something sweet to brighten your day. Every week they have a selection of gluten-free cookies, that are prepared on a separate surface and baked on a different day than any of their gluten-filled cookies are. While the kitchen itself is not considered gluten-free, their care and attention to how they bake the cookies makes me feel totally comfortable consuming them.
