I always have to take a drink, hold it my mouth, then put the pill in, look down and swallow. I still have trouble sometimes.

I don’t understand not being able to swallow a pill, my husband can swallow a hunk of cow as big as his fist and then shakes his head back and forth and carries on so when swallowing a itsy bitsy tiny pill.
