@foodiemunster: Shoo Loong Kan Hot Pot represents a legacy of Chongqing hotpot originating from this area approximately 100 years ago. Shoo Loong Kan, which translates literally as Little Dragon Ridge, is named after a place in Shapingba district in Chongqing. . They are all about “flavors from the soul & quality with integrity.” I recently visited the Carrollton location, @shooloongkancarrollton, to satisfy my hot pot cravings. . They took such good care of us. Mixing up three sauces, preparing some bowls to spoon up the soup and preparing a mix that turned our rice cakes into nutty sweet treats. I will never eat hot pot the same again. . So delicious. So much fun. And they offer ways to save i.e. Membership deals, lunch specials and meat madness. @Shoo Loong Kan Dallas
