@sculptwithpaul: If you could only go into the gym and do one set for the day… how much intention would you put into that one set? If you only had one workout per week… how focused would that workout be? The common approach to fitness is built on quantity. More sets, more reps. Less calories, less food. More cardio, less rest. But in my experience, the separating factor comes down to quality. Fueling the body for real health with quality food, not treating it like a spreadsheet. Taking the time to get quality rest, even if it means not being in the gym every day. And then when it comes time for you to hit your sets, you’re not only ready but AMPED to give everything you’ve got. You come across people who love to talk about their diet & supplements, and hit some trendy workout all the time. Whereas you rarely meet the person who can honestly tell you each set they’ve done and the nutrition they’ve eaten was all of the highest quality. When you do however, they usually have a body that reflects it. Apply at the link in bio if you’re interested in partnering with me to build the top 1% physique you are capable of having
