(here is what I have formulated in my mind).....someone from SAPS must have tipped Bheki Cele that Cat was gonna be arrested, so, he was trying to warn him. But since he was no longer a police minister, Cat Matlala cut him off and even ignored his calls because he had minister Mchunu in his pocket‼️
