@wilsonhausrescue: This year, rescues everywhere have been struggling like never before. 💔 Many of you know that before I started a dog rescue, my role in the rescue community was fundraising and helping bring in the resources needed to save lives. So it’s been a big shift to see how, as of 2025, funding has become so much harder to generate, not just for us, but across the board. We also recognize that so many people are struggling right now. We don’t take that lightly. But if you’re someone who has $5, $10, or $20 to give, I want you to know it really does go a long way. Right now, both of our rescues are feeling the squeeze: 🐾 WilsonHaus Rescue — saving dogs off euthanasia lists and local overcrowded shelters in Milwaukee 🐴 Milly’s Place — pulling horses from the pipeline and owner neglect/seizure cases That’s why we’re combining forces with one big, bold goal: raise $40,000 by August 31st and split it between our dog rescue and horse rescue.
