i was only a senior tech but a couple of times i ran the store with one other st and he would always get in fights with customers and i had to babysit this man who was like a decade older than me, i desperately tried not to bother my old managers who were both super sweet and needed their time off, but GOD people get really pissy abt their cars. and a lot of my coworkers were HORRIBLE and they owe me medical bill money

Had a guy do his own oil change on his tundra and almost turned the engine into glitter because the center support for the oil filter popped off the cap and he didn’t put it back. The oil filter collapsed and stopped flowing.
