The Code Geasse take is so terrible. 🤣 They came in the exact same month, so close that they couldnt copy each other. And putting that aside there's so few actual comparisons, that it makes me wonder if we read the same manga, or watched the same show.

The whole villain situation between them is so different, like light has a god complex, while literally the whole situation with Lelouch is both to off his father and make a world for his sister, one is a Gundam, but the whole story is different… the only similarities in them are villain mcs, both played into characters that gave hope for others, and powers to control someone

Code geass and death note came out at the same. people just like death note better because it’s more edgy and they can understand it better/ easier but code wears was extremely influential and is one of the best anime every. Don’t you dare come here and say that blasphemy again.
