é fácil, só fechar o futebol profissional, a humilhação será eterna, então por mais que ganhe outra coisa, nunca irá apagar a vergonha

Ever wonder if something you do is “ normal?” Here’s a few examples of a non-hypermobile human (my husband Dan) versus myself a hypermobile human 🦓 So just before anyone gets too worried, it is entirely possible to have one or more hypermobile joints, and have no issues related to this whatsoever. However, my new people do have issues related to this, including other systemic health conditions. So having a better eye for recognizing hypermobility is really helpful. Findings that are “hypermobile” here include * elbow, hyper extension at least 10° * MCP joint extension more than 45° * Cervical extension more than 75° * Forward, fold being able to touch the floor with palms flat, feet together and knees locked. * Reverse prayer, considered hyper mobile if able to do easily * IP joint hyperextension > 20° It is important to note that there is some disagreement on the exact “normal” ranges of motion of each joint, depending on which research papers you read. For the sake of officially diagnosing generalized Hypermobility the Beighton score is what is used currently. However it does have its limitations and experts in the EDS/HAD space will evaluate your whole body rather than just the joints on the Beighton Scale. The Beighton scale also has cut offs that may exclude someone that is very near the cutoff for that joint even though it is technically hypermobile. For example MCP extension more than 45° has been discussed in many papers as being the normal range. But the Beighton scale requires more than 90° at that joint.. So long story short, this real is not a official hypermobility screening tool, but gives you some examples of things to look out for that in general may suggest hypermobility and you or someone you know. Do you know someone who may have joints like this and not realize they’re hyper mobile? Be sure to share!! #hypermobilespectrumdisorder #EDS #hEDS #EhlersDanlossyndrome #HSD #EDS
