These pictures are me at my heaviest and the last one is me now. Before I started Wegovy, I was 50 pounds overweight and miserable. I felt like I was living in someone’s body. I couldn’t even look at myself in the mirror. I was so disgusted with myself and who I had become. I know this is a horrible way to think and feel but it’s the truth. I was at my mental rock bottom. I felt like there was no way out so I gave up on trying and therefore indulged in food and alcohol because why no?! I started Wegovy and immediately started to see changes. Not only that but my mind finally calmed down. I was losing weight and for the first time in years, I could stop worrying about my weight. This also made me drink less alcohol which also calmed my mind. I finally felt what it felt like to feel normal again. I forgot what it was like. Wegovy gave me so much hope. I don’t have to miserable forever. I can be confident and happy again. I’ve made so many changes for the better in my life and I truly believe that starting Wegovy was the start of it all. #wegovy #wegovyweightloss #semaglutide #weightloss #weightlossjourney #glp1 #healthyjourney #MentalHealth
