Alzheimer’s is type 3 diabetes. Food has everything to do with it.

Gosh, I so relate to every single word! My mind is BLOWN that I’m not the only one that was stubborn enough to stay in a state of agony until I was faced with my own mortality! My parents both died in 2/23 & I started w/ Amble 5 mos later. I’m down 77 pounds & have a whole new lease on this LIFE! Congrats to you, kindred spirit friend! ❤️💪🏼

My dad’s onset of Alzheimer’s was age 58. I had no idea GLPs lower the risk of the disease.

While the Alzheimer’s reason is very much validated, your health otherwise is very, very important! You want to be HEALTHY! GLP-1 meds have so many other benefits. If you are gonna live without Alzheimer’s, you want to live HEALTHY! You go girl!! You are beautiful inside and out!!

That weight was on our back and knees, hon. It feels like I'm floating now that I'm at 153 vs 320.

I’ve been on OZE for over a year now for diabetes. When I first went on it I was terrified to tell anyone for fear of what they’d say. There were so many judgements being spoken at the time. Your sharing of your journey has normalized this a bit for me. I thank you for that. I feel you’ve created a safe space for us all to relate to each other. 🩵💉

I’m in week 5 now and I’m really struggling with the GI stuff this week…it’s like going back and forth from feeling like death and feeling like a million bucks. I hope this is temporary!!! I want to take this the rest of my life as well.

Well it is all about health. The weight literally cuts our life short and causes so much pain on our joints and horrible inflammation. I feel so much better. The side effects go away after a year. I think you should try to go as long as you can. You will feel better and better. Exercise really helps not extreme but small weight bearing strength exercises. It helps with the side effects. I only experience just a little fatigue. It is worth it to not have the inflammation.
