I take biotin and b9 but I also keep my hair moisturized and I mix African pride hair drops with doo gro anti-thinning hair grease. Design essential products have helped me and I do no use heat on my hair. I keep my hair braided and trimmed.

Same I hated it so much I started going back to the salon just so I won’t see it with my own two eyes. My hair is long now but so thin I can feel the wind on all art of my scalp. So deprrssed
