When you start feeling this, bring your toes and ankle towards you instead of away and stand up. Once I started doing that I would never get cramps

i used to wake up in the middle of my naps with a cramp in my calf and i’d scream and cry and i would fall onto the floor and try to walk it off and end up falling in the pitch black and feel the pain in my leg for the next 2 hours
