Its very hard to do tbh! Need sometime to master it haha! My granny does the best appam but saddly she passed and i've miss her appam and 1 day i try to do just like hoe she used to do and guess what? I made kuih kapit😌

Use same pan.... Fry an egg on tat pan without oil.....throw tat egg away... Then wipe with tissue try again mesti boleh..... My mother's technique..
