As a Chinese, China actually did this 15 years ago. It is not a problem for Africans at all. China takes very good care of Africa. Africans can get a subsidy of 30,000 US dollars a year in China, and African men can get at least three women. The government makes unified arrangements. Japan's policy may be more favorable than China's.

As a Japanese person, I honestly am against it. It would only create unpleasant experiences for both Japanese and African people. Not only are the cultures of the two countries different, but the rules are also different. It would be difficult to get along, and a rift would form between the two. The working environment in Japan is terrible, physically and mentally tough. Of course, there are white-collar companies, but only the most talented people would be able to get in.
