Recipe 1/2 onion sliced 1 tbsp garlic paste 1/2 leek shredded 1 red bull horn chilli 6-8 sausages cut into desired shape 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 /2 tsp salt 1 tsp cracked black pepper 1/2tsp sugar 1 tbsp chilli paste (I have a recipe on reels) or chilli flakes 2 spring onions 1 tbsp sesame oil Optional - tomato sauce and MSG 1) in a wok or a large frying pan saute onion and garlic in some oil until fragrant 2) Add in the sausages and cook for 6-7 mins until they are nearly done 2) Add in leek, soy sauce, salt, pepper, chilli paste/chilli flakes and cook for 2-3 mins until leeks are translucent 3) In goes the bull horn chilli, spring onion and sesame oil and on high heat cook for about 2mins.
