Soooooo…. Those horses are very clearly well cared for, they are well fed and have good fat/muscle coverage as well as heathy full coats which means they are not just eating but eating good food that covers their vitamin and mineral requirements. They are resting even though they are standing, horses naturally evolved as prey animals to sleep standing up. Standing in the elements is not abuse, horses even provided with shelter often do not choose to be dry, ask ANY horse owner who spent good money on a barn. I am all for protecting animals and reporting companies who don’t care for animals properly but this doesn’t seem to be the case. It can be alarming to see horses in the rain if you don’t own them sure, but this isn’t abuse and I hope they don’t get in trouble for a video people didn’t know everything about.

Animals are living beings and should not be treated as mere features of a tourist spot. They deserve respect, care, and protection rather than being used for entertainment or attraction purposes. 😢😢😢

I emailed the Baguio City Mayor’s Office and they replied. They thanked me for the report and said na they will address this immediately with the private horse handlers. At least may action na. 🥹
