Ms. Rosales was charged with “obstruction without violence” she made bond $500. ALSO…In June 2024 she was also arrested by Flagler County Sheriff’s dept and is awaiting trial for “Child Neglect w/o great bodily harm” and “Tampering” both are Felony charges. She posted that bond of $25,000. To be fair, the file states she was booked 3 1/2 hrs before the offense.🤷🏻♂️

They either have attorney's on speed dial, pregnant, sovereign, or relatives who are in the police dept. It should be against the law to speak unless spoken to during stops.
