it's very simple. I don't care what you identify as if you have male parts you go to a male prison. if you have female parts, you go to a female prison. it's pretty simple

honestly let's be honest to just make it simple I think the judge did the right thing because in prison it don't matter what you are if you were born biologically whatever gender it should be what gender prison you get sent to because there is no safe option so yeah in that situation just go with what gender they were born with not what they transition into
