talk to lawyer and show the lawyer ur paperwork. the lawyer will be able to get ur service bk on. then sue them for any damage that they caused by shutting u off

Man Apple did this to me they open an account was going to transfer my line and number to a new phone I applied for credit on Apple but the store was closing soon and they couldn’t transfer my number they were having trouble and then the bill came in saying I need to pay 180 a month for phone and line while having my old existing service and I was like I never left with the phone.

they tried do that to me also when I switched over to T-Mobile I'm assuming because they didn't want to lose me as a customer. I threatened to sue them and in mysteriously all went away.

AT&T did this to me with a trade in I mailed. The rep at the store did everything to clear my info so I can do my trade in. When AT&T got it they said it was still locked.

All cell phones company do this I fought this year with T-Mobile and I turn phones in at store with supervisor on phone with T-Mobile corporation who new I turn phones in and they kept saying got lost warehouse not my problem but they kept billing me for missing phone

T-mobile does the same thing I was told by a T-mobile worker that works in a store he told me never have the store return it. Return it your self and keep the tracking because they will say it’s lost just to get more money out of you. Even if you have the tracking you have to fight with them.

They tried doing this to me when I sent my wifes and my phone’s back together in the same box. They tried lying and saying they only received one phone. They kept that story up until I threatened the lawsuit after sending them the same video two times, showing me rubberbanding the phones together putting them in the box, and taping the box at the UPS store.
