im a avoidant highly avoidant #1 i completely agree with pour into work or a video game.... also a introvert so good with being alone.#2 I take accountability and acknowledge its me so I dont agree. #3 kinda agree will look at social media but don't judge em. mostly look to see them period cause we want to see them we are just avoiding our feelings

They will do everything but take accountability. I witness all 3 in one. Avoidant's behaviors become predictable when you start to see their patterns. The heartbreak lessens when you understand that they do these things to avoid facing themselves and because theyre trying to fill the void that you left in their life.
