The chinese couple near our apartment runs a small chinese restaurant and has a rating of 2.5 in Google becaude of their “bad customer service” has the best food I’ve ever had in my entire life. We became regulars that they call me and my husband “that one brown couple” (I’m Filipino and he’s Mexican, yes we’re both brown). I love them

I (USA born) worked at a Chinese restaurant and took phone orders. A LOT of people hung up or were confused because they were expecting an accent when they called 😭

There's a pho place in the next town over that when I call to order ahead, the owner yells at me and when my partner and I come and sit down we get yelled at by one of their 4 generations of staff. We recently got called regulars and I get yelled at when I don't bring my partner with me. Their prices are beyond cheap, their food is magical, they make their own peanut sauce, and no matter what I order I always leave with leftovers. I love them.

i went to a chinese restaurant, the dude almost beat me up because i thought the duck came with rice, noodles, or any sort of side dish (it did not). literally the best food ive had in my entire life. had to pay cash because they didnt take any type of card, or anything that would involve banking. it was also really cheap too

Moved to Vancouver, went to Asian restaurant, ordered #7, server said "no, no! White people no like, you have #4!" 😳😳 Me: I'll have #4. I shit you not, it happened again a month later 😂 Just me trying to broaden my food horizons! 😂
