I like the nod to one of the longest lasting memories people have is song, its a way to reunite families of children stolen when they were too young to remember. Also, a nod to when the US government tried to destroy indigenous culture, the children still remembered the songs and lullabyes, sort of like how the capital failed to silence the districts.
