@leadingentrepreneurs: “Greatness isn’t born out of intelligence… it’s forged in suffering.” – Jensen Huang 💡🔥 The Nvidia CEO makes it clear:
Top schools, high IQ, and talent mean nothing without resilience. Because it’s setbacks, pressure, and pain that shape true character.
And character is what separates leaders from the rest. Every entrepreneur chasing greatness should remember this:
The struggle isn’t a detour. The struggle is the path. 👉 Follow @leadingentrepreneurs

He’s 100% right. There’s are no guarantees in life. Comfort and success makes the next generation soft. That’s why immigrants work relentlessly hard, they’ve seen the other side of the coin and they don’t want to go back. The US has been successful because of that. Removing them will be our demise

They say: people with high expectations have low resilience. But let’s be honest… that’s not the whole truth. Hard work doesn’t always get you where you deserve. Sometimes it’s just nepotism — the right family, the right friends — that pushes people to success. So no, it’s not about weak resilience. It’s about an unfair system where struggle isn’t always rewarded.

If hear from western leaders, success is successful networking but Asian leaders say suffering n persistence. Asian people are subjected to discriminations from schools to professional advancements.

Schools don’t teach getting smacked down and getting back up, and then getting smacked down again and then getting up again. They don’t teach shrugging it off

110%…same goes with the idea of participating trophies and awards given to all. Only winners should be given trophies and awards. Pain, suffering & resilience is a part of life and being successful

Dude is missing a fundamental issue: what is good for the owner/CEO is not the same as what is good for 99% of the company's workers. Salary workers have a fixed salary and most times variations in their income due to company success absolutely do not overcompensate for suffering at work. Owners'/CEOs' income variation does (might) make it worth it. Passing pain down the ladder is usually immoral if management can avoid it.
