well babe, look who has a beach house in Rehoboth, then his "home" in Wilmington... that is exactly why crimes against children in the state of Delaware are a joke... I know a guy who sold rugs just in a school zone (a couple blocks away) but technically still a school zone and he got 18 years....my aunt lives in Rehoboth I live in Parsonsburg in MD but worked in Delaware for 7 years, last year had to file unemployment and it took 8 months for it to be approved because department of labor had the head guy embezzling money from the fund for unemployment, then he ended up committing sui*** so they were crossing every T and just simply did not give a fu** I had to reach out to senator Hockers office and bam, I had my back pay within 3 days!!!!
