I wish people would know the law before making statements. Even if the keys weren't in the ignition but on her person and she is sitting in the driver's seat - it doesn't matter. Still can be charged.

تم مجھ سے دور ضرور ہوئے ہو، مگر تم سے زیادہ میرے قریب آج بھی کوئی نہیں۔۔۔! 🥀🫀 عجیب بات ہے نا جاناں! کچھ لوگ زندگی سے دور چلے جاتے ہیں، مگر دل سے ایک لمحے کے لیے بھی دور نہیں ہوتے۔۔۔ اُن سے باتیں بند ہو جاتی ہیں، ملاقاتیں ختم ہو جاتی ہیں، مگر اُن کی یادیں ہر روز دل کے دروازے پر دستک دیتی رہتی ہیں۔۔۔! تم بھی میری زندگی میں کچھ ایسے ہی ہو، اب تم میرے پاس نہیں ہو، تمہاری آواز سننے کو نہیں ملتی، تمہاری خیریت پوچھنے کا حق بھی شاید باقی نہیں رہا، مگر میرا دل آج بھی تمہیں اُسی شدت سے محسوس کرتا ہے جیسے تم میرے سامنے بیٹھے ہو۔۔۔! 🥹💔 میں نے بہت کوشش کی کہ تمہاری جگہ کسی اور کو دے دوں، تمہاری یادوں سے خود کو آزاد کر لوں، مگر سچ تو یہ ہے کہ دل نے تمہارے بعد کسی کو اپنے قریب آنے ہی نہیں دیا۔۔۔! لوگ کہتے ہیں وقت ہر زخم بھر دیتا ہے، مگر کوئی اُنہیں سمجھائے کہ کچھ لوگ زخم نہیں ہوتے جنہیں بھلا دیا جائے، وہ تو دل کا وہ حصہ بن جاتے ہیں جس کے بغیر انسان ہنستے ہوئے بھی ادھورا رہتا ہے۔۔۔! تم چاہے مجھ سے کتنے ہی فاصلے پر چلے جاؤ، تمہاری یاد آج بھی میرے دن کا حصہ ہے، میری راتوں کی خاموشی ہے، اور میری اُن دعاؤں میں شامل ہے جو میں کسی کو بتائے بغیر اپنے رب سے مانگتا ہوں۔۔۔! 🤍 تم سے دوری نے بس اتنا بدلا ہے کہ اب تمہیں دیکھ نہیں سکتا، مگر تم سے محبت آج بھی ویسی ہی ہے؛ کیونکہ کچھ رشتے ساتھ رہنے سے نہیں، دل میں بس جانے سے قریب ہوتے ہیں۔۔۔ اور تم آج بھی میرے دل کے سب سے قریب ہو، جاناں! 🥀❤️‍🩹
