DEMOCRATS have a messaging problem with crime and troops on the street! We have to turn it around and be on offense! We should be telling people that Republicans have not released the funds to democratic cities to reduce crime! Make them explain why are they withholding funds for police??This is the message, Republicans are withholding money to these cities. Put Republicans on offense!!
