Kadayif Recipe👩🏻‍🍳 Dive into the delicious world of Kadayif, a treat that combines the delicate crunch of shredded phyllo dough with the nutty aroma of pistachios. The intricate layering of these ingredients creates a symphony of flavors and textures that will enchant your palate. Ingredients: - 300 g Kadayif (shredded phyllo dough) - 150 g butter, melted and cooled - Finely chopped pistachios (or finely chopped walnuts) - For the sugar syrup:   - 200 g sugar   - 200 ml water   - A splash of lemon juice 👩🏻‍🍳 Preparation: 1. Repeat the layering process until all the Kadayif mixture is used, making sure each layer is compact and firm. Allow them to rest in the refrigerator for 45 minutes. 9. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) and bake the Kadayifs until they turn beautifully golden brown. 10. Pour the cold sugar syrup slowly from the middle over the lukewarm Kadayifs. Let them cool and absorb the syrup. 11. Optionally, garnish with additional chopped pistachios or walnuts. 12. For that extra touch, you can add a dollop of whipped cream before serving. However, the Kadayifs should rest for at least three to four hours before being adorned with cream. Indulge in these Kadayifs, either adorned with cream or simply relishing the delightful nutty flavors, for a truly delectable dessert experience.
