@rebelcanningmom: Cooking meat for freeze drying! It’s useless to add seasonings at this point because I’ll be rinsing the meat before freezing it. But when I rehydrate, I’ll season it fully at that point. Freeze dried ground meat comes back completely as if it were just cooked fresh. Unlike canning ground meat which changes the texture (and flavor in my opinion). #freezedried #meat #foodstorage #canning #homestead
