I respectfully disagree. Scholars have always stated that you can donate what you own . Your body isn’t yours. You cant donate your organs because we are the creation not the creator

Organ donations is always when the person is still ALIVE. You don't know what will happen to the person even if the situations seems desperate and think he is braindead. Only Allah swt knows.
