Sounds like docs just need to start up-coding to cancel out Cigna’s down-coding. If what Cigna is doing isn’t fraud, it can’t be fraud when docs do it either 🤷🏻♀️

ya'll remember when Cigna denied a woman life saving surgery, the day before she was scheduled. And then the woman had to appeal like 3 times, then finally they approved it but she had to reschedule her surgery. And by the time the surgery came around she was already gone?..... that's Cigna
