You are so right. We can hate and protest the policy of the military being deployed in our cities while recognizing that those young men and women would be courtmartialed and jailed if they disobeyed their orders to go.

Thank you for pointing out that these active duty soldiers are human. My son arrived at his first night of boot camp on election night. He graduates Navy medical training in two weeks. He understands his oath. They do not see the same “news” we see.
