Xana picked up her order at 4am. BK entered the house about 410am according to cameras. Xana was in her room on tik tok until 412am leaving comments. Dylan heard Kaylee “laughing and dancing” which was actually her being attacked. Xana heard this while putting her DoorDash trash in the kitchen. Xana went to investigate the commotion and screamed “someone is in here!” and Dylan mistakenly thinks it was Kaylee. Xana is chased down the stairs into her room and we hear her struggle on audio at 417am. Dylan hears Xana sobbing and BK say “I’m going to help you”. Ethan is passed out drunk and attacked after. I agree it was xana. Then she ran down stairs to her room where BK got the her as she was found in the doorway. I think Ethan was collateral damage and just slept thru it all (my 20 yr old son would)

Your voice changes when you’re panicked. I feel like it was most likely xana. But you could argue that all 4 of those women are heroes. Maddy the sheath, Kaylee the noise, xana exhausting him off enough to not hurt the other 2 girls and Dylan the witness.

I think you’re close. I think it was Kaylee who did made the statement that, ‘someone is here’, and then the murder spree began. I think that Xana heard the commotion and walked upstairs to see what was going on.

Didn’t Dylan say there was a 10-20 mins gap from when she heard “someone’s here” to the time she heard crying towards the end? If so that makes me think it was definitely Kaylee that said that. She either walked in on him with Maddie or she screamed that as she sat up from sleeping as he was attacking Maddie. Also she said whoever went up the stairs and back down the stairs had on boots and we know none of the victims had shoes on so it was him she was hearing on the stairs. Plus the lead investigator said they have no proof Xana ever went upstairs. They believed he either encountered her as he was coming down the stairs or as he was leaving in the kitchen. Personally I think she was about to heat her fries up since DD took so long to deliver her food. I think she noticed the door open and went out of the kitchen as he was coming down the stairs and he chased her to her room. All the stuff Dylan heard, music (could have been Xanas TikTok videos on) Kaylee playing with her dog was probably the commotion. Kaylee going up and down the stairs was definitely him I think because of the doc Martin remarks

My personal opinion. XK gets her DD at the front door and goes to her room to eat. We know she was on her phone at that time. BK enters through the kitchen and goes upstairs. XK goes to the kitchen and puts her DD bag on the counter, sees the sliding door open, hears the commotion upstairs and goes upstairs to check. Sees BK standing over KG and MM and runs downstairs. Says someone’s in here (probably trying to get EC attention). BK follows XK into her room. XK fights and is seriously injured. BK kills EC. DM hears XK crying. BK realizes XK is still alive and kills her. BK then leaves the room and this is when DM sees him in the hall. BK leaves through the still open kitchen sliding door.
