Last month a homeowner chose me over 3 other contractors to build them a new kitchen and bathroom. Here are the 5 reasons they shared why they hired me over them. And NO I wasn’t the lowest bid. 1. How detailed I was building the plan around their budget. - The other contractors were very pushy and salesy trying to upsell them into things they didn’t want.
