From personal experience working in medical and having chronic health issues getting hostile does not benefit anyone and it doesn't result in better care. If you feel they aren't listening? do the grown up thing and say take care, go to check out, say I don't want to schedule a follow up and walk out. Seek a 2nd opinion. Not hard. I have to travel 2hrs 1 way for doctors who listen but it's worth it to finally have a doctor who listens.
