My nurse was amazing with me. She actually had my husband pull against one end of a sheet while I had the other end and he kept me crunched forward so I could push and he helped me all the way until my last push. My favorite memory from labor๐

Nurses who describe what they mean, 100% or the best!! โCurlโ, I love how she gave you details more than โsit upโ. I once heard someone say push like youโre doing a sit up. That helped in my second birth!
