the police is unnecessary, the app forces us all to use a credit or debit card. all cards come with insurance. theft of service dispute with your card AND you get your money back

I work at papajohns and most of time we dont have the dashers information but I would definitely ask the general manager

I had that happen to a customer I got assigned to pick up a papa John’s pizza and the store said it has been picked up thirty minutes prior. There was nothing I could do except report it to Uber eats and tell the customer to reach out.

Yes, only “full on Karen’s” try to file a police report on a “stolen pizza”, but it’s another level of Karenism that happens when you make a whole video about being denied a police report about a stolen pizza.

so rather than call doordash to get a resolution you want to take up law enforcement time because you were in a fit over an allegation from a chain pizza parlor that doesnt even have the driver's info. and if your driver got changes it wasn't because of theft.... it was because the original driver decided the pay was not worth their time.

That's because the restaurant is not responsible for a driver stealing ya food. You have to call door dash support. They take care of the issue

Unfortunately some of these pizza places that use DoorDash for their deliveries steal the tip so some dashers that have zero morals will accept the offer and steal the food as punishment for not tipping
