There is no teacher shortage. There is a money shortage. Many teachers are unemployed. Many teachers are forced into retirement. Learners are not disciplined. Teachers fear for their lives.

This because the DA decided that the teachers budget must go to a tender for shot caller to combat crime and they also sent the left over budget back to the fiscis and not hire the teachers back with the left over money

Problem is the number of learners who wants to do math are not that many. Our learners do not have the will to invest time into doing math and science and these subjects are very demanding hence they not willing
