Loosen the screws from the caliper. Hold the brake then tighten and release brake and they’re centered

or, just unscrew the bolts, squeeze the affected brake lever and retighten the bolts. with his method you’re gonna be unscrewing and retightening a lot. also - if the scooter is fresh then a lot of the time the brakes just need bedding in
