The inflammation on my face and glazed, dead look in my eyes was so ugly. I legit found a picture of myself today from 10 years ago...so bad. No shade, but I too can spot someone who drinks a lot. It's just not a good look.🫶🏻

You don’t realize it until you’re out of it just how much it affects your appearance. I wasn’t even a heavy drinker and a year alcohol free is a night and day difference!

I relate so much. It’s been 12 days for me and I’m feeling better… but I have 20kg to lose now because I didn’t realise how much I gained. But yea my eyes were like little slits in my head because my face was so puffy. Not cute.

13 days.. before: puffy face, purple wine teeth, dull skin, sleepy eyes and fake smile, dehydrated from gut issues. After: perfect sleep each night, proper nutrition, awake eyes, puffiness gone and gut issues gone.

Alcohol is definitely ugly juice!! I am 60 and it's nothing short of a miracle that my skin looks great. It's genetic. BUT, I need to kick the Titos 100%.
