yes! love the tier list! lotr goes same level as fgc. for the most part it's been very welcoming and everyone gets along. for the most part. there was a bit of drama there for a bit but I think it's died down now

100% agreed on chess. I had someone try to... let's say permanently end my turn just cause I won by accident and they never had lost in their life. To elaborate: I have AuDHD + a very powerful ability to recognise patterns. I'm frustrating to play with cause I tend to get distracted and forget my own plans, followed by me rediscovering my plans and generally getting surprised that I've won cause everything goes wrong and I still am able to win. I stopped playing irl cause a lot of times people claim I'm either cheating or doing psychological warfare to throw off their game while I'm genuinely unsure what is happening 😅 The online ranked community was very annoying for other reasons, so now I generally don't play at all 😞

in my personal experience, the league community outside of playing the game is worse than the community actually in the game. my experience does seem unique in that respects though
