That looks like rosacea. I would check in with your dermatologist because there are medicines that can help rosacea and reduce the inflammation and redness.

The laser suggestion does sound right. I wonder if you could research theatrical makeup? Also there was a woman on YouTube who showed how to cover up bruises from cosmetic treatments. Perhaps you could learn from her makeup artistry techniques. I have hyperpigmentation from sun damage so I understand your need for answers

I use Benefit Porfessional pore minimizer. It isnt really makeup but it does smooth out my skin and has a little tint to it. I cant wear any bb creams or foundations at all:(

Dr Jart sold at Sephora has a green tinted base that cancels redness really well. My daughter has Lupus and gets the deep red butterfly rash on her face, and it really helps to minimize the redness

Green tint concealer will tone down the redness. IT cosmetics is great for older skin.

You need a laser . Intense pulsed light or Co2 . Go see a derm that specializes in laser therapy. Forget about facials don’t waste your money . Ur still beautiful, though. ❤️

I use iL makiage and really like it. they have a cover up that's green to go over the red, then I use their foundation and it works really well.
