Make sure to cook the apples first in some water with cinnamon!! It releases the pectin inside and makes a really good probiotic ^-^! Stewed apples :D! You can cook the oatmeal in the same pot when you’re done so you don’t make a lot of dishes+ get flavorful oats! Great for gut health!
