Impress brand is the best! no glue so they don't ruin your real nails. and the sticky pads are pre-stuck in the press on. they last me 2 to 3 weeks. amazing!!

Pro tip (amateur tip?) - make sure you buff or really file the top of your nails first. It created a grooved surface that helps the glue and nail adhere much better. 💅

I watched another woman on TikTok use the sticky tabs and the glue the tab protected her nail bed and the glue helped to adhere to the tab to make them last longer
