i worked a gas station for a handful of years and my hands would dry out and hurt (more in winter) from excessive sanitizer use and hand washing from handling $$.

I’m a retired rn. Right after I retired I got eczema. Had it 12, years now. Creams, gloves, vicious cycle.

I have the same problem, but I'm in aust so don't know if it's available in USA but the best soap 2 use is "redwin-sorboline soap" will fix that

Excema is related to asthma. I get it not from excessive handwashing but I get asthma

It’s also hereditary my niece got it from. I think her dad’s side of the family and then now her sons have it. I remember when my niece was growing up. My sister tried everything to help her out.

I over wash too. I get spots that get bad. I use Neosporin and bandaids. works great when they are cracked. then I use goldbond lotions.

Yep! I ended up making my own hand cream it took 3 days to clear mine up Tho mine mainly was on my fingers My natural nails are long & I was taught in college the beds of our nails & under them are 1 of 2 of the dirtiest on humans Bet you can't guess the second?

mine is bad through working in a kitchen and always washing my hands. the dermatologist told me once you get it under control to moisturiser lot and lots. I aso found if I rub in Amolin or lanolin really well before the shift on top of moisturiser it has helped heaps.

mine hands get very dry, crack. then they bleed. it hurts. winter is when it gets really bad.

Try 100% virgin coconut oil. Not only is it a great moisturizer but it has antibacterial and antifungal properties which prevents infections.
