@allisonrainn3: About 2 weeks out from the games and this is what my training is looking life. Almost one year post PAO, labral reconstruction, and ligamentum terres reconstruction surgery and my hip is WORSE than it was before. My other health issues have also been A LOT worse. Been going hard on rehab to try and save my hip, but I’m afraid another surgery is in order. My left hip is barely functioning and I’m having extreme pain/subluxations and problems. I was really stoked for this summer with Wakesurfing and CrossFit to finally be BACK AT IT, but unfortunately I’m worse off than last year. I hope to just have fun at the games and then stay strong until surgery in January. This hip has had 3 failed surgeries. The right one is doing very well post op..it just gets really tight. So I know it’s possible for a good outcome and that is what I pray for. I plan to still surf and workout and live my life and just take it easy until I can get the help I need.
