@therealbillycox: The 4 Habits That Transformed My Business 👇 1️⃣Backup Plans for Low-Energy Days Instead of trying to grind through 100 tasks on 20% battery, I have a "battery saver schedule." 👉 Instead of doing 10 sales calls, do 3 and reschedule the rest. 👉 Instead of working out for 60 minutes, cut it to a 20-minute walk. 👉 Instead of having 3 team meetings, send a few Looms. And fill the rest of your day with energizing activities: family time, gratitude, sauna. 2️⃣Recommit To The Mission Daily This is the first thing I do every morning to stay grounded, focused, and clear on why I’m building what I’m building. 👉 Read one page of scripture or a devotional 👉 Write down your top 3 reasons for building your business 👉 Ask: “Who does my work serve today?” If you don’t control your mindset before the world starts asking for your attention, you’ll lose the day before it even starts. 3️⃣Track What You Touch If I interact with it, I track it. Not for perfection, just for awareness. Most people guess their way through growth. I measure mine. 👉 Log every sales call and whether it moved the deal forward 👉 Record the one-liner or question that hit hardest 👉 Review your close rate weekly and adjust one thing It’s not about obsessing. It’s about being honest with what’s working. 4️⃣Audit Your Circle Every Quarter Every 90 days I zoom out and take a hard look at who I’m around the most. Because your momentum is shaped by the people in your ear. 👉 Make a list of the 5 people you talk to the most 👉 Score each one: Do they challenge me? Drain me? Fuel me? 👉 Set 1 boundary and intentionally add 1 new person who pushes you forward If your environment doesn’t stretch you, it’s keeping you small.
