CHILDREN know not what they do and are most likely out of their minds, as a teenager and/or adolescent and need rehabilitation. Incorporating them into ADULT prison would only corrupt them and causes them to re-offend, as the punishment in adult prison is too severe for them. THIS WOMAN IS SO WRONG, on SO many levels.
