I get that all the time people stare at me because I have one leg too it must be hard not having any legs sorry to ask are you getting false legs at the moment I am waiting for a new one that's if they don't do anything wrong to the leg this time I am sorry to ask a personal question but I can't wear my legs for more than 10 hours because it causes souls and I can't walk on them much I lost my leg in 2016 down to tumours

Thank you for sharing. My dad is an amputee and I grew up from a young age seeing how inaccessible accessible places can be. I definitely recommend getting some gloves, they make wheeling much better.

The metal baskets are the best - plastic have a raised rim around the bottom which digs into your legs when the basket gets heavy, be warned

Part of the difficulty in pushing your wheelchair is its not an active chair. You have the most basic wheelchair that will destroy your back/shoulders the longer you use it, speaking from experience. I had to fight with WCS for 2 years to get an active chair but the damage was already done, as a fellow amputee please don't settle for that chair.

Just got to remember to leave the basket in the shop when you leave, I have an Asda basket that I unintentionally left the shop with as it was on my lap in my wheelchair and I just didn’t realise when leaving 🤦🏼♀️
