It’s the angle, the problem is if your art is not protional, it won’t look right cus the phone is mirrored

Hey, fellow artist! This can happen a lot. Personally, idk why. But I go through this a lot. I don’t do much traditional but I would recommend taking a picture during the sketching process to see if you don’t like anything so you can make changes beforehand. Hoping this helped![embarrassed]

I’ve had the similar problem. I don’t know what it’s called but when you think your art is messed up your head tends to think you did bad it will show you other art. The other people did. I’m just guessing.

Maybe try to change the angle of how you draw? Or take the picture like take a picture of the drawing in the same position you sit if that makes sense

I dunno what it's called but I experience it too, like, when I look at something too long after working so hard on it I'm just like, seeing the flaws and mistakes that are still there, but it doesn't make sense when the entire work is still alright, it would help getting an outside opinion, like sharing it with friends or significant other
